Tibet Colloquium

General Information:

The Tibet Colloquium creates a space where Tibet specialists from outside and within our institute present lectures on their work to an audience including not only our own members, but also any interested persons who might want to come and listen.
The aim is to create contacts between our institute with its staff members and students, with a broad range of outside specialists, drawn not only from other academic institutions or related disciplines, but also from the wider worlds of politics, business, the media, NGO's, religion and the arts.
We hope to create a welcoming and open environment to stimulate the exchange of ideas and information relevant to Tibet. We encourage lively discussion, and hope to promote useful contact. The primary languages used will be English or German.

The Tibet Colloquium usually takes place on Wednesdays, 18:00-20:00. The exact dates can be found on our Homepage.
