Global Studies Programme (M.A.)
The Global Studies Programme (GSP) is a two-year, research-oriented international master's programme in the social sciences (120 ECTS, taught in English). Students begin in Berlin in April, spend the second semester at FLACSO Argentina (Buenos Aires) or the University of Pretoria and the third semester at Jawaharlal Nehru University (New Delhi) or Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok), and write their master's thesis in Berlin or at a partner university. The degree is a Master of Arts (M.A.) Global Studies awarded by Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Students who spend their second semester at FLACSO can obtain a joint degree.
Applications are accepted once a year, from 1 December to 15 January, for the summer semester.
